SMS Consent

EasyFixOregon LLC (legal name: Dmitry Igorevich Dovgal, doing business as EasyFixOregon LLC) sends text messages to customers who agree to receive them.

How customers opt in

Customers call us at (971) 293-5646 to book appliance or HVAC repair service. During the call, our dispatcher reads this script:

"May we send you text messages at this number about your appointment, estimates, invoices and service updates? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to book service."

Text messages are sent only if the customer says yes. Promotional messages (seasonal service offers) are sent only to customers who separately agree to receive them.

Confirmation message

After consent is recorded, the customer receives:

"EasyFixOregon: You're subscribed to service texts about your appointments, estimates and invoices. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Message types: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician on-the-way notices, estimates, invoices and payment links, receipts, service follow-ups, and optional seasonal offers.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
